Sergii Koziakov and Partners has provided legal assistance to the “DOBRODIYA TRADE LLC” in AMCU. The scope of the work included the preparation and obtaining merger clearance over the AGRICULTURAL PLANT (factory of cheese, butter) in the authorized capital of the company mentioned above. This transaction provided excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the said company. The project was operated by team of the Sergii Koziakov and Partners under the direction of Partner Mykola Podpalov.
