Sergii Koziakov and Partners presented interests of the producer of alimentary products before the AMCU

Sergii Koziakov and Partners has obtained AMCU’s clearance on acquisition of 100 % corporate rights in Ukrainian alimentary products enterprise located in the East Ukraine for the other Ukrainian company producing alimentary products. Partner Mykola Podpalov together with lawyers of the firm supported the project.
