Sergii Koziakov and Partners Competition Law Practice lawyers successfully completed case on obtaining clearance from AMCU

Sergii Koziakov and Partners has obtained AMCU’s clearance for Elnar Holdings Limited (Cyprus) on acquisition of shares in Ukrainian agricultural enterprise operating in the grain processing market that provides excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the said company.
