Counsel Viktoriia Kotsiubska became legal officer with World Trade Organization

Sergii Koziakov and Partners congratulates Counsel Viktoria Kotsiubska with obtaining an offer to continue her career as an officer of the World Trade Organization.

In 2005 Viktoriia Kotsiubska started her career with “Sergii Koziakov and Partners” as intern. In 2006 she was appointed as an Associate and in 2009 became a Counsel. During the years of work in the Firm Viktoria Kotsiubska has been specializing in International Trade Law Practice and became one of the best experts in Ukraine within this area. For the years of career in “Sergii Koziakov and Partners” Viktoriia Kotsiubska represented interests of clients from the Korea, Japan, Poland, USA, Brazil and others in anti-dumping and safeguard investigations.

Viktoriia Kotsiubska has become one of the initiators and professors of English-language Master Programme “International Trade Regulation” in the Institute of International Relations. During many years she has been a successful coach of a students’ team of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv participating in ELSA MOOT Court Competition on WTO Law. She is an author of a number of professional publications in prestigious national and international editions.
