LAWYERS OF COMPETITION LAW PRACTICE SUCCESSFULLY OBTAINED MERGER CLEARANCES FROM THE AMCU FOR “MAGNA INVESTMENTS LIMITED”

Sergii Koziakov & Partners provided legal assistance of the “Magna Investments Limited” in the AMCU. The scope of the work included preparation and obtaining merger clearances over the major Swedish agricultural holding company. These transactions provided excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the mentioned company.
