LAWYERS OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE DEPARTMENT OF SERGII KOZIAKOV & PARTNERS ATTENDED JOINT MEETING OF KYIV CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY AND THE INTERNATIONAL TRADE CLUB MEMBERS

On 31 January 2017 Senior associate Olesia Kryvetska and Associate Andriy Pylypenko, as representatives of law firm Sergii Koziakov & Partners, attended joint meeting of Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the International Trade Club members. The International Trade Club unites more than 60 foreign diplomatic missions and trade associations in Ukraine.

The main aim of the International Trade Club activity is familiarization of foreign diplomats with the economic potential of the regions and industrial enterprises of Ukraine; assistance in establishing business contacts between Ukrainian and foreign companies. Following the results of such meetings, obtained materials are used by diplomats to prepare proposals to representatives of the business and the governments of their countries to establish trade and economic relations with Ukraine. In accordance with the Programme of this event individual meetings and negotiations were held with members of the Trade Club.

The event was attended by representatives of trade and economic departments of foreign embassies accredited in Ukraine, of the following States: Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Lithuania, Belgium, Canada, Kazakhstan, Spain, Indonesia, Malaysia, Poland, Switzerland, Norway, Belarus, Slovakia, Moldova, South Korea, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, and Russian Federation. Also, the event was attended by representatives of such international organizations, as “European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry in Ukraine”, the representative of the EU research and innovation program “Horizon 2020”, Delegation of German Economy in Ukraine, representation of Leipziger Messe and Düsseldorf Messe, trade and economy office of the EU Delegation in Ukraine, the Ukrainian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, a representative of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce, representatives of Cutis project, representative of Eurochamber, the representative of the European Bank for reconstruction and development in Ukraine.
