Mykola Barash has significant experience in:

• organization and carrying out of commodity markets research, especially in energy sector, chemical, machine building, agricultural, mining and metallurgy sectors, aviation and railway transportation, pharmaceutical paid medical services sphere, financial services sphere etc;

• many years’ experience in complex cases of economic concentration research;

• many years’ experience of participation in number of the AMCU investigations of all major types of violations of the law on protection of competition: abuse of monopoly power, anticompetitive concerted actions, anticompetitive actions of governmental authorities, unfair competition.
