SK&P advises on contractual commitments

Sergii Koziakov & Partners renders an legal opinion to one of the world’s leading drilling equipment manufacturer on the matters of foreign economic activity and contractual obligations.

In particular, SK&P lawyers carried out a comprehensive legal analysis of client’s contractual commitments with a Ukrainian entity for the purpose of identifying risks associated with the delivery of goods, warranty service, customs clearance and force majeure. The SK&P team also developed a strategy of legal defense for negotiation between the client and the counterparty.
