THE BEST OUTCOME FOR EUROPEAN FERTILIZERS PRODUCERS ACHIEVED IN TWO SAFEGUARD INVESTIGATIONS

The International Trade team of Sergii Koziakov & Partners successfully represented the interests of European fertilizers producers (Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany) in two safeguard investigations regarding imports to Ukraine of nitrogen fertilizers and complex mineral fertilizers.

On June 22, 2020 the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade of Ukraine terminated both safeguard investigations without imposition of measures as such contradicting to the national interests.

We achieved the best outcome for our clients.
