Managing partner Sergii Koziakov, counsel Victoria Kotsiubska, associates Anna Gladshtein and Olena Hladyuk participated in the safeguard investigation concerning the imports to Ukraine of refrigerating equipment under the commodity item of the Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign activity (UKT ZED) 8418 regardless its country of origin and export. The hearing was conducted at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
