Partner Sergii Koziakov published as an expert in the sphere of international trade law in the recognized Ukrainian newspaper “Zerkalo Nedeli” (“Mirror Weekly”) an article “Truck Behind or Where to Get a Kamikaze”. In this article Sergii Koziakov made a legal analysis of the provisions in the draft of the Free-Trade Area and Association Agreement between Ukraine and EU, concerning formation of bodies for implementation of the Agreement. Sergii Koziakov claims that the Agreement doesn’t establish supranational institutions and doesn’t create a threat to Ukrainian independence.
