Sergii Koziakov and Partners has provided legal assistance to the well-known Ukrainian construction holding “Budhouse group” for omtaining clearance from the AMCU – the acquisition of corporate rights of a number of domestic entities engaged in the construction and management of commercial real estate within the city of Zaporozhye.
