Anthos Agribusimess B.V. (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) obtained the clearance of the AMCU for purchase of share in the equity capital of Amarant LLC (Poltava City) and Poltava Agro LLC (Poltava City), providing more than 50% of votes in the highest governing body of the company.
