Counsellor Victoria Kotsiubska and associate Anna Gladshtein represented successfully a world’s leading ferroalloys manufacturer and exporter within the safeguard investigation on imports of ferroalloys to Ukraine initiated by the Interdepartmental Commission for International Trade, on February 17, 2010. The investigation was terminated without imposition of safeguard measures.
