Managing Partner Sergii Koziakov in co-authorship with Ivan Ivanets published an article “Let’s Protect Our Personal Data” in an recognized Ukrainian newspaper “Zerkalo Nedeli” (“Mirror Weekly”). The article is focused on the consequences of the Law of Ukraine “On protection of personal data” adoption. The authors compared provisions of the new Law to actual regulative system of personal data protection in the USA, Slovenia, a range of other states as well as in the EU.
