Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm acted as legal counsel in connection with acquisition of control by Delphi Automotive LLP (Great Britain) over two British companies. Sergii Koziakov & Partners provided Delphi Automotive LLP with legal assistance in drafting of documents and obtaining the corresponding merger clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. General assets amount constituted EUR 3,22 billion.

Firm’s team advising on the project was led by partners Mykola Podpalov and Nataliia Isakhanova.
