The 18th Annual Willem C. Vis Commercial Arbitration Moot Courts took place in Vienna (Austria).

The goal of the Moot is to foster the study of international commercial law and arbitration for resolution of international business disputes through its application to a concrete problem of a client and to train law leaders of tomorrow in methods of alternative dispute resolution. The Competition is held under the auspices of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

It was the UNCITRAL and organizers of the Moot that had invited Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm’s Senior Associate Anna Gladshtein to arbitrate two preliminary rounds of the Competition.
