Partner Natalia Isakhanova and Attorney-at-law Ivan Podpalov of Sergii Koziakov and Partners participated in a seminar conducted by the AMCU on the topic: “Merger Notification Procedure and the Merger Investigation”. The seminar was held with the participation of representatives of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission who discussed the system of merger consideration in the USA, as well as the principles of merger consideration by other competition authorities. The AMCU also made a presentation on the topic: “The Legal Basis of State Control Over Economic Concentration in Ukraine”.
