Peugeot SA (Paris, France) and General Motors Holdings LLC (Detroit, U.S.A) obtained the clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for incorporation of GM PSA Purchasing (Brussels, Belgium)

Peugeot SA (Paris, France) and General Motors Holdings LLC (Detroit, U.S.A) obtained the clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for incorporation of GM PSA Purchasing (Brussels, Belgium).

Limited Liability Company “Asters Law Firm” and Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm acted as legal counsels to PSA Peugeot Citroen and General Motors (respectively) on the Ukrainian competition law in the process of the joint venture foundation within the strategic alliance, announced in late February 2012.
Asters advised PSA Peugeot Citroen and provided with practical legal assistance in the preparing documents and obtaining the corresponding merger clearance of the AMCU – for incorporation of GM PSA Purchasing (Brussels, Belgium).

Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm advised and provided with practical legal assistance in the preparing documents and the corresponding merger clearance on the part of General Motors.
