Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm acted as legal counsel in connection with acquisition of the control by Delphi Deutschland GmbH over a connective electronic components company and its subsidiary companies. Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm provided Delphi Deutschland GmbH with practical assistance in preparing the documents for obtaining the corresponding merger clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).
