Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm acted as legal adviser to Koninklijke Bunge B.V. (Rotterdam, the Kingdom of the Netherlands) and NUTRE SGPS, S.A (Oliveira de Frades, Portugal) on the issues of Ukrainian competition law and assisted in the obtaining the corresponding merger clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) in connection with a joint venture foundation on the territory of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
