Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm acted as legal counsel on Ukrainian competition law in the process of the acquiring direct control over Ranok LLC by amicable purchase (sale and purchase agreements with members of the company) by private enterprise Amarant-Agro of the membership/founding rights. Due to this transaction Amarant-Agro obtained more than 50% (particularly, 75%) of votes in the highest governing body of the LLC Ranok.

Firm’s partners Mykola Podpalov and Nataliia Isakhanova assisted by counsel Victoria and associates Ivan Podpalov and Igor Kabanov were engaged in the project on the part of Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm.
