Sergii Koziakov and Partners has provided legal assistance to the Ukrainian agricultural holding.

Partners  Mykola Podpalov and Nataliia Isakhanova together with lawyers Ivan Podpalov and Igor Kabanov supported preparation and filing documents to the AMCU. The scope of work included obtaining clearances on acquisition of corporate rights of a number of domestic agricultural entities.

This transaction provided excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the abovementioned companies.
