Sergii Koziakov and Partners obtained clearance from the AMCU for the Limited Liability Company “Prominvestgrup” on the acquisition of shares in the authorized capital of the Limited Liability Company “Art-Group Ltd”. This transaction provided the excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the company.
