Senior Associate Anna Gladshtein advised one of the world’s leaders in the field of energy and petroleum processing industry in the safeguard investigation concerning imports to Ukraine of segregate products processing crude oil (gasoline A-76 (A-80), A-92, A-95), diesel, residual oil, heating oil, liquefied gas, bitumen, oil) regardless of country of origin and exports. The safeguard investigation was conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. The project was held under supervision of the Firm’s Managing Partner Sergii Koziakov.
