Firm’s partners Nataliia Isakhanova and Mykola Podpalov acted legal advisers to General Motors Company on Ukrainian competition law in connection with sale of General Motors Company’s shares by Delphi Automotive LLP and repurchase by Delphi Automotive LLP of its own shares. Amount of the transaction constituted 3,8 billion dollars.
