Managing Partner Sergii Koziakov and Senior Associate Anna Gladshtein published the article “The EU against dumping of paper products” in the recognized legal diary Yuridicheskaya Practika (“The Practice of Law”). The authors examined in the article a recently adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 452/2011 imposing definitive anti-subsidy duties upon imports of coated fine paper originating in China that was to be examined in light of the absence of anti-subsidy investigation practice in Ukraine.
