Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm represented the interests of agricultural companies

Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm represented the interests of agricultural companies in connection with obtaining the corresponding clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for the direct control acquisition by the private diversified enterprise “Fenix-Plus” over private-leased company “Batkivshchyna” through the acquisition of the founding/entitlement rights. Due to this acquisition “Fenix-Plus” obtained 100% of votes in the highest governing body of the private-leased company “Batkivshchyna”.
Firm’s partners Mykola Podpalov and Nataliia Isakhanova, assisted by associates Ivan Podpalov and Andriy Bezsmertny were engaged in the project.

Newer Firm’s partner Andriy Karnaukhov and attorney Olena Hladyuk acted as legal counsels to an embassy of an Asian country to Ukraine
