Sergii Koziakov&Partners Law Firm represented interests of the one of the largest car manufacturers in the safeguard measures in the safeguard investigation concerning the import of motor cars to Ukraine regardless its country of origin and export. The investigation was initiated by Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade. The project was managed by firm’s partner Sergii Koziakov and Senior Associate Anna Gladshtein.
