Sergii Koziakov and Partners – legal counsel to Ukrainian construction company

Sergii Koziakov and Partners has completed consultations and closing for “PAKLINON HOLDINGS LIMITED” (Cyprus) and “SVITLAND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED” (Limassol, Cyprus) on obtaining merger clearance for the acquisition of the shares in the authorized capital of the legal entity operating in market of construction of residential and non-residential buildings for further rental property. Within the scope of the work AMCU’s merger clearance was obtained. The project was completed by the lawyers of the firm under the direction of the Partners Mykola Podpalov and Nataliia Isakhanova.
