Sergii Koziakov and Partners – legal counsel to one of the leading national defenсe enterprises of Ukraine

Sergii Koziakov and Partners has provided legal assistance to one of the leading national defence enterprises of Ukraine regarding the case of the recovery of funds under the contract of assignment. The claim was filed by the specialists of litigation practice of Sergii Koziakov and Partners . Having considered the claim, Commercial Court of Kyiv region recognized the assignment contract as void. The judgment that came into force helped the domestic enterprise to save more than 24 million UAH.
