Sergii Koziakov delivers speech on European Contract Law

Managing Partner Sergii Koziakov made speech at the round table “Regulation (EU) No. 374/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Reduction or Elimination of Customs Duties on Goods Originating in Ukraine”. The event was organized by the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine and the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting. The Report delivered by Sergii Koziakov touched the peculiarities of the transactions with European companies in terms of EU contract law principles.
