In the framework of the project on development of the dealer network Sergii Koziakov & Partners advises one of the leading European industrial manufacturers on peculiarities of Ukrainian legislation regulating dealer’s and manufacturer’s obligations related to warranty repair (maintenance) and warranty replacement of products.
