Sergii Koziakov & Partners advises on issues concerning the protection of intellectual property objects

In the framework of the project on legal support of activities in Ukraine Sergii Koziakov and Partners advises one of the European largest industrial producer on the protection of intellectual property objects while moving of goods containing such objects through the customs border of Ukraine, as well as representing the interests of the client in the customs authorities of Ukraine regarding the prevention of the illegal import/export of goods. Counsellor Ivan Podpalov and lawyer Andriy Pylypenko participate in the project supervised by partner Nataliia Isakhanova.
