The successful conclusion of the interim review of the anti-dumping measures

SKP successfully represented interests of a leading Polish float-glass producer and exporter as well as the Association of Windows and Facades Market Participants in the interim review of the anti-dumping measures concerning imports to Ukraine of sheet float-glass (glass thermally polished) originating in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Belarus.

Upon results of the interim review the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade adopted decision on cancellation of the definitive anti-dumping duties concerning imports to Ukraine of sheet float-glass (glass thermally polished) originating in the Republic of Poland. The duties have been imposed on the product due to Commission decision dated April 26, 2012. Associates Olesia Kryvetska and Andriy Pylypenko participated in the project under supervision of counsellor Anna Gladshtein.
