SERGII KOZIAKOV AND PARTNERS on perspectives of trade disputes settlement between Ukraine and Russian Federation within the framework of WTO

Partner Nataliia Isakhanova and lawyer Olesia Kryvetska provided the law journal “Legal Practice” with the commentary on perspectives of trade disputes settlement between Ukraine and Russian Federation within the framework WTO. Lawyer Olesia Kryvetska confirmed that during the past two years Ukraine accumulated enough reasons to initiate trade disputes against the neighbor-state.

According to Nataliia Isakhanova Ukraine may use considerable legal arguments for successful protection of its national interests in the WTO. A strong line of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine depends on productive cooperation with national producers in this process.
