Requested by weekly legal newspaper “Legal Practice”, Partner Nataliia Isakhanova provided for the commentary on the consequences of suspension by the Russian Federation of Free Trade Zone Agreement.

Nataliia Isakhanova pointed out that the most sensible implication of such actions of the Russian Federation for Ukrainian exporters is recommencement of the most favored nation customs rates with respect to Ukraine.
