Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm has represented the interests of national facade system producer LLC “SCANROC”  in the District administrative court of Kyiv in a dispute concerning additional charge to value added tax (VAT), accrued by the fiscal authorities by abusing tax legislation.

The result of the case initiated by the client was recognition as offensive of fiscal authorities’ actions and cancellation of tax decisions. The appellate instance dismissed the appeal of fiscal authorities.  Legitimacy and impartiality of the District Administrative Court decision were confirmed.

As the ruling of the Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court has commenced, property interests of the taxpayer were protected as a result of prompt actions on appeal of Fiscal authorities’ decisions.
