Round Table “Ukraine at the WTO Dispute Settlement System”

Sergii Koziakov & Partners, jointly with USAID Trade Policy Project and UBA International Law Committee, organized the round table “Ukraine at the WTO dispute settlement system”. Mr. Gary Horlick, one of the most reputable and highest-ranked international trade lawyers in the world, was a principal speaker at the round table. Mr. Horliсk outlined the main stages of the WTO dispute settlement proceedings with a focus on the pending cases initiated by Ukraine against Russia at the WTO. As a bonus for participants, Mr. Horlick gave a short lecture on Brexit and its implications for both international trade and Ukraine.
