SENIOR ASSOCIATE OLESIA KRYVETSKA SPOKE AT SYNGENTA’S WORKSHOP FOR FARMERS OF THE KHERSON REGION

Upon invitation of the Ukrainian branch of the Swiss company Syngenta, the world’s largest producers of agrochemicals and seeds, Senior Associate Olesia Kryvetska spoke at a workshop that took place on 27th of June in Nova Kakhovka, on export regime of Ukrainian agricultural products. The workshop was organized for grains producers of the Kherson Region.

Olesia Kryvetska talked about the recent amendments to Ukrainian tax and exchange control legislation that are of specific interest for exporters. Mrs. Kryvetska also touched upon the key market access conditions as applied to Ukrainian agricultural products (predominately – grains imports) in several foreign jurisdiction – the European Union, China and Canada.
