Sergii Koziakov & Partners successfully represented the interest of Ukrainian Real Estate Development and Investment Group of Companies in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in the process of obtaining merger clearance for transferring of shares to trust management. This transfer provided excess 25% excess of votes in the supreme managing body of the company.
