Whether “green light” will be switched on for the energetics: draft law

07/03/2020 the Parliament of Ukraine took as a basis draft Law No. 3658 “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine regarding Improvement of Conditions for Supporting the Production of Electric Energy from Alternative Energy Sources”.

The purpose of the developed draft is to accelerate the transition to a new, competitive model of renewable energy support by holding auctions to allocate support quotas, balancing the estimates of the Guaranteed Buyer SE, and also solving urgent industry challenges.
