Senior Partner Sergii Koziakov, counsellor Victoria Kotsiubska and Senior Associate Anna Gladshtein successfully represented the national produce PJSC “Marianisky sklozavod” within the antidumping investigation concerning imports to Ukraine of the glass bottles for medical purposes with a maximum capacity of 0,15 l originating in Russian Federation. On May 24, 2013 the Interdepartmental Commission for International Trade made decision on the imposition of definitive antidumping measures.
