Sergii Koziakov and Partners provided legal assistance to non-resident companies (Cyprus) on obtaining merger clearance for the acquisition of shares in the authorized capital of the Limited Liability Company “Tehnova”. This transaction provided excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the above named company.
