Peugeot SA (Paris, France) and General Motors Holdings LLC (Deyroit, U.S.A.) obtained the AMCU clearance for concerted practices in the form of co-design and co-producing of auto parts and components.

On behalf of Asters Law Firm, the team included partner Igor Svechkar, counsel Alexey Pustovit and associate Olga Andruschakevych. On behalf of Sergii Koziakov & Partners Law Firm, partners Mykola Podpalov and Nataliia Isakhanova, associates Ivan Podpalov and Igor Kabanov were engaged in the project.
