Partner of “Sergii Koziakov and Partners” Nataliia Isakhanova provided legal support to Sziget Cultural Management Ltd. in the course of negotiating and signing Memorandum of Intent with Kyiv City State Administration for conducting an annual international music festival Sziget Kyiv, starting in 2014. Project on advising regarding signing of the agreement by Sziget. The agreement was signed in June 2013.

Newer Partner Natalia Isakhanova and Attorney-at-law Ivan Podpalov of Sergii Koziakov and Partners participated in a seminar conducted by the AMCU on the topic: “Merger Notification Procedure and the Merger Investigation”
