Sergii Koziakov and Partners advised company “SPESER HOLDINGS LIMITED” (Cyprus) in obtaining merger clearance for the acquisition of the shares in the authorized capital of the LLC “DOBRODIYA TRADE”.

On 30 January 2014 AMCU approved the acquisition of control over Ukrainian enterprise by non-resident.
