Partners Mykola Podpalov and Nataliia Isakhanova successfully presented interests of Cyprus company before the AMCU

Sergii Koziakov and Partners has provided a legal support to the “PAKLINON HOLDINGS LIMITED”. The scope of the work included: transaction legal support, preparation of the documents and obtaining merger clearance for acquisition of shares in the authorized capital of “Cytablus Limited” (Limassol, Cyprus). This transaction provided excess of 25% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the said company.  Llegal support was provided by the lawyers of the firm under the direction of the Partners Mykola Podpalov and Nataliia Isakhanova.
